On March 29, 2009, City Photos and Books, Inc. completed principal photography in Washington, DC.   March 29th was a spectacular peak day for the cherry blossoms and we took over 1,300 photographs that weekend.  The President's helicopter, Marine One, landing and departing the south lawn of the White House was a highlight of this photo tour.

This book captures color and black & white images of monuments and icons located in and around Washington, DC.   Included are images of the White House, Washington Monument, Capitol Building, Smithsonian Castle, Lincoln Memorial, Jefferson Memorial, Vietnam Veterans Memorial, Korean War Veterans Memorial, World War II Memorial, and more.  Both interiors and exteriors are featured.
